Manage your Twitter settings, the new way!
I’m working on a easier way to manage your Twitter accounts, which should be fully working by now. Visit your settings page and apply for beta testing (I need lots of beta tester, so feel free to apply). Then on the right of your page you’ll see Connect your Twitter account. Connect as many Twitter accounts as you want, then edit their settings.
You can select to receive notifications for your friends (public timeline), direct messages and public replies. We don’t notify public replies if they are retweets of yourself. And yes, the direct messages now works without you to change your Twitter email settings, however doing so makes notification much faster. Notification for lists isn’t completely finished but should be within hours.
Once you’ve setup the new way, remove unnecessary keywords on the older Twitter plugin.
